The Tasks Bookmark module for Perfex CRM lets you categorize related tasks into named bookmark lists, so your team can group, search and prioritize work without scrolling through one flat task list. Instead of leaning on status and assignee alone, you build your own buckets - by client, by sprint, by department, or by anything that matches how you actually work - and every task drops into the right list with a single click.
A dedicated bookmarks area in the admin menu
Once the module is activated, a new TASK BOOKMARKS item appears in the Perfex CRM admin sidebar. Clicking it opens the bookmark creation page, where you build your first list in seconds.
Each bookmark is defined by three things:
- A name, so the list reads clearly across your workspace.
- An icon, for instant visual recognition.
- A color, so related work stands out at a glance.
Append tasks from a new column
Every bookmark you create is listed next to each task in a new column, so adding a task to a list never interrupts your flow. There is no separate screen and no copy-paste - you append a task to a bookmark right where you already manage your work, and build as many bookmark lists as your workflow needs, each with its own icon and color.
Pin bookmarks to the dashboard and sort by list
Bookmarks are not just labels - they become working views of your task list:
- Pin a bookmark to the Dashboard so all of its items stay visible on your main screen.
- Sort all tasks by bookmark to focus on one group at a time.
A long, undifferentiated task list turns into a set of focused views: isolate everything tied to a single client, keep recurring work grouped together, or hold a short list of what matters today - all inside Perfex CRM, with no external tool to sync.
