Multi-channel messaging in one place

Compose once and reach people on the channel they actually read:

• SMS through Clickatell, MSG91, or Twilio.
• Email with dynamic subjects and merge fields for a personal touch.
• WhatsApp via the official Twilio WhatsApp Business API.

Every contact attached to the selected customer or lead receives the notification you send, and you can start from a pre-built template or write the message inline. On the compose screen you choose recipients by manual selection or by picking a recipient group, and when you need a single entry you can search the customers and leads list dynamically instead of scrolling it.

WhatsApp messaging via Twilio

Enable WhatsApp directly in the module settings and send WhatsApp notifications from the same compose screen you already use. When WhatsApp is enabled it sends through Twilio, and the built-in Perfex SMS gateway is not used for those messages. A dedicated WhatsApp settings page includes a built-in test sender, so you can fire a test WhatsApp and confirm everything works before going live. An optional WhatsApp delivery badges setting surfaces delivery status on your messages.

Templates that scale with your team

Build a library of Email and SMS templates, organize them into categories, and reuse them in seconds. Templates can be kept private to you or shared with all staff members, so your whole team sends consistent, on-brand messages. Merge fields - including {contact_firstname}, {contact_lastname}, and {client_company} - populate both email subjects and message bodies automatically.

Recipient groups and scheduling

Stop rebuilding the same recipient lists. Create static groups of customers and/or leads once, then message them instantly whenever you need to. For anything time-sensitive, set a future date and time and let the module deliver it for you. Every scheduled send is tracked in a dedicated list where you can preview it, edit it, or send it now on demand.

Stay in control of every send

• Delivery preview shows exactly how a message will look before it goes out, including the subject label and HTML rendering for email.
• Live SMS counter tracks character count and calculates message segments as you type - across both GSM and Unicode encoding - so you stay on top of cost.
• Message history logs every message with sent, failed, and scheduled counts, plus CSV export for reporting and audits.
• Activity log entries record send actions, including scheduled ones, alongside the rest of your Perfex activity.
• Permissions let you restrict the module to specific staff members.
• Active-contact targeting notifies only the active contacts of a customer.
• Email attachments can be added to outgoing emails.
