Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Themesic website and your purchase and use of our digital products. The website and products are operated by Reed Limited ("Themesic", "we", "us", "our"), Web Development Services, registered at Irakleous 2, 13673 Athens, Greece (Company Number 177479303000). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

1.Products and licenses

We sell digital developer products - Perfex and Concord CRM modules, WordPress plugins and themes, and PHP scripts. Products are licensed, not sold. Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the plan you choose:

• Standard - a one-time license with lifetime updates and a defined support window, for use in the end products you build.
• Pro - an annual license adding extended/lifetime support and use in SaaS contexts, as described on the product page.

A license covers one end product unless the product page states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or publish the product or its source code as-is, in whole or in part, to any third party.

2.Orders, prices and payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Checkout, billing and tax (including EU VAT) are handled by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to the payment provider's terms. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

3.Delivery

Products are delivered digitally and immediately after payment is confirmed - typically by download link and license key sent to the email address on your order. No physical goods are shipped. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your files.

4.Refunds

Our products are digital downloads and, as a rule, all sales are final. Limited exceptions and your statutory rights are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5.Updates and support

Update and support entitlements depend on the plan you purchased and are described on the product page. We may release updates at our discretion but do not guarantee any specific feature, release schedule, or indefinite compatibility with future third-party platform versions.

6.Intellectual property

All products, source code, documentation, trademarks, and site content are owned by Reed Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. Your license grants the rights described in Section 1 and nothing more. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or products to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. You must not remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notices in the products.

8.Products sold via third-party marketplaces

Some items are partner products sold exclusively on the Envato Market (CodeCanyon) platform. Those purchases are made on CodeCanyon and are governed by Envato's licensing terms, support and refund policies, not by these Terms. Where a product directs you to CodeCanyon, your contract for that purchase is with Envato.

9.Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every environment or third-party system. This Section does not exclude any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reed Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to the products or the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11.Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

12.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
