Each tenant gets a suite of public pages that work without login. A drag-and-drop landing-page builder assembles reusable blocks (hero, features, pricing, FAQ, testimonials, CTA forms), and every page is SEO-ready with editable meta tags, OG image and JSON-LD schema in four languages (English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi). Shareable and embeddable forms add multi-step conditional logic, file uploads, QR-code generation and reCAPTCHA with branded thank-you pages and optional URL redirect. Security and authentication
LeadHub ships with enterprise-grade protection. TOTP two-factor authentication provides QR-code setup, recovery codes and per-role enforcement, backed by an atomic cache-based brute-force lockout that stays safe under burst load. Trusted-proxy configuration resolves real client IPs behind Cloudflare or Nginx, and the super-admin IP allowlist adds an optional strict mode requiring a TCP-peer match. Outbound webhook secrets are encrypted at rest with the app key and signed with replay-safe Stripe-style timestamp + HMAC validation; scoped API keys carry granular read/write permissions and per-key rate limits; and the full Laravel security stack guards against CSRF, XSS and SQL injection with Eloquent parameterization. Outbound webhooks fire on events such as lead.created, lead.stage_changed, deal.won, form.submitted and automation.triggered, with replay-safe HMAC signatures, encrypted secrets at rest, full delivery logs, retry tracking and dead-letter alerts - drop-in compatible with Slack, Discord, Zapier and any custom endpoint. The embeddable form widget drops a lead-capture form onto any website from a single JavaScript snippet, automatically matching the tenant’s brand colors, submitting cross-origin to the LeadHub backend, with multi-step support, file uploads and reCAPTCHA.

LeadHub sends 15+ types of automated email to keep tenants and their leads informed: a Day 0 / Day 2 / Day 5 / Day 10 onboarding sequence; a behavior-based trial drip campaign with localized subjects in four languages; tenant-defined lead sequences with stop-on-reply, stop-on-won and engagement tracking; booking confirmations with .ics attachments and 24-hour and 1-hour reminders; deal-won team alerts; plan-limit alerts as tenants approach lead, seat or storage caps; escalating dunning emails ending in suspension; trial-expiry notices; signed team invitations with role pre-assignment; sync-driver password resets that work on shared hosting without a queue worker; monthly affiliate commission summaries; GDPR erasure confirmations during the cool-off window; and workspace-deletion warnings before a scheduled hard-delete fires. Each tenant invites team members via email with signed, single-use, expiring links and assigns owner, admin, staff or viewer roles with different permission levels. Setup and compatibility
A browser-driven installer sets LeadHub up with no command line, no SSH and no Composer - upload, visit the URL and follow the steps - auto-detecting proper public-webroot, naive and flat upload layouts and checking PHP version, extensions and folder permissions first. Updates run the same way from the browser, running database migrations and clearing caches without SSH.
