Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
FeedbackPulse is built from the ground up as a multi-tenant platform. Each tenant gets their own subdomain (for example, acme.yourdomain.com) or custom domain, a full dashboard covering products, campaigns, submissions, analytics and team management, and a set of public pages - feedback wall, roadmap, changelog and product hub. Data is isolated at the query level so tenants never see each other’s submissions, and role-based access separates tenant admin, staff and customer permissions.

Security and authentication
FeedbackPulse ships with enterprise-grade protection: TOTP two-factor authentication with QR-code setup and recovery codes, nonce-based Content Security Policy headers against XSS, and query-level tenant data isolation. Four roles - superadmin, tenant admin, staff and customer - define granular access, with Google and GitHub OAuth for quick sign-in and scoped API keys carrying read/write permissions per resource. A strong password policy (minimum 8 characters, mixed case, numbers and a breach-database check), tenant-aware password resets that prevent cross-tenant exploits, encrypted platform settings for sensitive credentials, a full audit trail of every action with timestamp, user and IP, the complete Laravel CSRF and XSS stack with HTML sanitization, and tokenized email unsubscribe round out the stack.
Integrations - API, webhooks and widget
A complete REST API v2 exposes submissions, products, campaigns and webhooks, authenticated with scoped API keys and per-tenant rate limiting (60 requests per minute), with interactive documentation built into every dashboard. The webhook system fires real-time notifications on events such as new submission, low rating, status change and anomaly detected, to any URL including Slack, Discord, Zapier and custom endpoints, with full delivery logs and retry tracking.
