About GoCardless Payment Gateway Integration for Perfex CRM
Accept GoCardless payments directly in Perfex CRM. This module lets you receive payments on Perfex CRM invoices straight to your GoCardless account through Direct Debit, pulling funds from your customers’ bank accounts and recording them inside the CRM. It handles both one-off invoices and recurring subscriptions.
One-off invoices
Customers can pay a single Perfex invoice via GoCardless. They are sent to the GoCardless hosted page to set up their bank details (the mandate), then redirected back to your site, where the payment is created and the invoice is marked as paid.
Recurring subscriptions
Customers can subscribe to your recurring plans using GoCardless Direct Debit instead of a card. When you create a subscription in Perfex with a Stripe plan (its amount and billing interval), the client can choose Subscribe with GoCardless on the subscription page.
After they authorise their bank details, a GoCardless subscription is created and the recurring payments are taken automatically. Each successful payment creates the corresponding invoice and payment record in Perfex through the built-in webhook, so your books stay current without manual entry. Supported billing intervals are weekly, monthly and yearly.
No coding is required to run subscriptions - you configure the webhook URL and secret in the module settings and in your GoCardless dashboard.
